Whether it is one part or one hundred thousand parts, we are the custom molder to work with. We are known throughout the country as the custom molder who tackles the difficult jobs and who processes more polyurethane in more different types on a daily basis than anyone. Our cast polyurethane compounds cover a wide range of hardness, materials are available from a soft 30 A thru hard 75 D. That hardness range correlates to a Youngs Modulus range of approximately 200 psi up to 60,000 psi. We work with castable polyurethane compounds that range in resilience from 25% to 75%, allowing us to mold components that handle impact with minimal rebound or to make low hysteresis high speed rollers. Some of our polyurethane compounds are formulated to withstand operating temperatures of 150C (300F), however most of our compounds work best when kept under 200F.
