We process up to 40 different cast urethane compounds every day, molded into hundreds of different custom urethane products. Based on the size, quantity, and engineering requirements of your application, we can mold your urethane product using cast liquid techniques or injection molding.
Our ISO-certified, 100,000sf facility houses an extensive range of urethane processing machinery, allowing us to work on unique, one-of-a-kind projects as well as high volume OEM components. Finished products range in size from a tenth of an ounce to 2,000 pounds. We processed approximately 1,000,000 pounds of cast urethane and thermoplastic materials last year.
Our in-house mold making and insert manufacturing capabilities allows fast turnaround and tight controls on dimensions and tolerances. We can bond urethane to inserts such as bearings, wheel and roller hubs, threaded fasteners, metal plates, and shafts. The insert can be made from aluminum, steel, stainless steel or plastic.
In addition to liquid cast materials, Gallagher offers a wide range of thermoplastic urethanes, glass filled urethane, TPR, polycarbonate and nylon. Processed via injection molding thermoplastics combine great physical properties and cost-effectiveness on medium- and high-volume production runs.
