We are striving to make perfect products. This of course begins with you, the customer. When we have a full understanding of your expectations and requirements we will then quote your job or accept the order. You can be assured that when we tender a quote or accept an order that we already have in place the physical plant, well maintained equipment, trained personnel and procedures necessary to manufacture, verify and ship-on-time your order.
Tooling, fixtures, or set-ups will be designed and built so that they satisfy all quality and delivery requirements.
On a continuous basis we analyze raw materials, check machine calibrations, evaluate the reports of field performance on the hundreds of different molded components that we make, conduct in-house product testing and perform development work on better materials.
We select our suppliers based on quality, delivery and technical support.
For 2006 our percent non-conforming was 0.16% and on-time performance was 99.86% on 3,978 shipments to 340 customers covering a total quantity of 1,741,280 parts.
Our Quality Policy:
We will meet or exceed our customer's requirements for product quality; We will deliver all products on the agreed delivery date; We will continuously improve our products, processes, and systems.
Our Quality System is registered to ISO 9001:2008. Download our ISO Certificate as a high-resolution PDF, JPG, or low-resolution JPG.
