Gallagher Corporation is a multifaceted engineering, molding and machining operation. Our 100,000 square foot facility is located in Gurnee, Illinois. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified, and have served virtually every industry for years. Gallagher is dedicated to helping customers improve.
Our work ranges from making one prototype to making thousands of OEM components. We excel at developing new products and migrating existing products to urethane that were previously made from other materials. Parts range from one ounce to over 2,000 pounds. We mold parts by liquid casting, compression molding, transfer molding, and injection molding. We often bond metal inserts to urethane during molding. We perform secondary operations such as machining, grinding, shearing, conversion through die cutting, waterjet cutting, laser engraving and PSA application.

Gallagher Corporation was founded by Dick Gallagher in 1965. Mr. Gallagher was a development chemist at DuPont, and worked on the team that commercialized "Adiprene" polyurethane rubber.
